Role:

As the head of research and development it is my job to ensure the successful coordination of the many projects team Andrews is involved with.  It is important to ensure a close integration within members of the same and different departments. We aim to create a comfortable environment for all our employees that we like to call family. I enjoy learning about the new technologies that are constantly advancing our innovations and ability to improve.

 

Background:

My undergraduate career provides me with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo part of the Honours Arts and Business program. My major in Sociology provides me to opportunity to analyze the scientific aspects of the small society we have created within Andrew’s and how that projects into the bigger economic society.  My business background allows me to understand the pursuit of enterprise goals in this case, achieving products that are quality, affordably priced sensors that are easily accessible to people of middle and higher class backgrounds.
