Chief Executive Officer - Janice D'Souza, MBA

 

Role:

Janice D’souza is the CEO of Andrews and works on its Board of Directors. Janice has been working at Andrews for over 10 years. She began working in the company in 2005. As CEO of the company, Janice holds a leadership role and is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company's long and short term plans. Janice oversees all of the operations of Andrews undertaken by the R&D department, Marketing department, Production department, and Finance department, and provides company reports to the Board of Directors on behalf of company management. 

 

Background:

Janice has attained her Bachelor in Arts and Business at the University of Waterloo. As part of the graduate Alumni, Janice presented many TED talks to undergraduate students interested in the field of Business. Janice pursued a Master’s in Business (MBA) at Oxford University, in London. Her experience in leadership roles and strong dedication to her work has brought her this far. As the CEO of Andrews, she strives to innovate and launch quality sensors with high performance at affordable prices.
